Annual Pesticide Notification

     As part of the Brown City Community Schools pest management program, pesticides are occasionally applied. You have the right to be informed of any pesticide application made to the school grounds and buildings. In certain emergencies, pesticides may be applied without prior notice, but you will be provided notice following any such application. If you wish prior notification, please send your written request to Ron Bennett, IPM Coordinator, Brown City Community Schools, 4349 Second Street, PO Box 160, Brown City, MI 48416. Please sign and date the request and include the following information:

1. Parent/Guardian name

2. Student’s name

3. Home address

4. Telephone numbers (daytime & evening)

5. Please indicate whether prior notification is requested for treatment inside the building, on building grounds, or both.

​For your convenience, you may choose to use the downloadable Pesticide Notification form. You will need to print the form and then fill it out. This form cannot be completed online.
